  • Pros

  • Great reports and easy to access phone recordings. Highly recommended!!

  • I like that the whole product is very user friendly.

  • Cons

  • I had a little trouble, at first, with the interface but the support team walked me through it many times until I felt comfortable on my own. They have endless patience.

  • I do not like that fact that we get graded on things that our company has opted out of and lowers our overall score.

  • Pros

  • This product is great, and the mobile app is so easy to use

  • My company uses this product to communicate internally and externally, the app makes it easy to use even on my mobile phone! Great product

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it crashes, but good software overall.

  • The program does take a little longer to load at the initial start up but other than that, the program works great.
