Pros
- Call Source has so many option to help improve productivity, training, and customer service. Very impressed with the various ways I can improve our business.
- I appreciate the focused training with my dispatch team that has resulted in increased conversion rates and revenue.
Cons
- We were quite frustrated that no one from CallSource told us about this outage and even more so, that it happened in the first place. It took far too long to get working again.
- One downside is that we had two outages within the last year where all of our tracked numbers weren't working due to a system wide outage.
Pros
- The value of the comprehensive business package for the very affordable price.
- I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.
Cons
- There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
- The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.
