What I like best about this software is that all tracking numbers are recorded so you can listen and replay for educational/training purposes.

It was easy to install and integrate with my other services. The call tracking is easy to use and adding new numbers is a breeze.

Easy to use platform with super helpful reporting.

Additionally it difficult to use for foreign numbers.

I was able to save my clients money and have far more control over price stability in the long run, while improving the number of features available.

The software can be a little glitchy and difficult to setup at times.

I loved the fact that it allows us to track important marketing channels, listen to calls clearly and call out from the numbers as well.

The support team is the most helpful with a quick response.

Can be difficult to learn the tool. Isn't the most intuitive, but once you learn it, it's fairly simple.

The only two complaints I have about CTM is that the reporting is not very user-friendly.

I really like the fact integration with any source is seamless. Super easy to connect with Google Ads, Analytics, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

We first started using their platform because just needed to track the number of incoming calls for our marketing campaigns. It was good value for that function and works great.

Ease of use, quick load times when installed on websites, good customer support.

We like that we can regionally track where the calls are coming from so that we can optimize our budget.

They also follow-up to ensure everything is still going well with the issue/update. CTM works great for our clients, and its great to know the Customer Service is there to support us when we need it.

The platform is extremely user friendly, we were able to get call center agents trained remotely and they could even download an app to their smart phones for additional access.

My overall experience is great. The software and integrations work well and the staff is always very helpful.

It's super easy to use and your able to monitor all calls and text that come in and out.

I would think they could be making money with user fees off of this fantastic idea/platform, but no - it's free. It's quite simple and intuitive.

Doodle is lovely, intuitive and easy to use. My experience have always been good.

People however are another story...Doodle allows you to select times that will work for you and then everyone else gets to vote on what times will work for them - may the best time win.

I will never use anything else to schedule meetings. This is super simple to use, totally effective, and I use the free version so the cost goes without saying.

Great and easy web based scheduling tool. Good integration with iCloud, iCalender, Oulook, Google Calender.

The option to integrate your personal digital calendar helps to give you a better overview and stops you from making appointments that overlap.

I have only used it for a trial period but have really enjoyed using it. By setting up times I could meet and having participants pick their best times it has become a lifesaver.

The main thing that I like about Doodle is that it is free for the functionalities that I need. It is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

I like how easy it is to use and set up scheduling. The interface is much cleaner and easier to see than other software like MS Outlook.

A problem that I encountered is that everyone has a different calendar system and some do not use them at all. So, this could be a problem for reminding people when the meetings are.

I really enjoy using this software to set meetings for our Community Development Center housing over 10 non-profit businesses.

Doodle is a great meeting scheduler and is extremely easy to use. The interface is very nice and the UX is on point.

It provides user friendly functions that are great for keeping on task with what you need to accomplish in your daily life.

I love the visual grid of results. And it's easy to set a timezone so everyone can get a perfectly clear idea of the times in question.

Very easy to use, intuitive and great value for money. Cuts down on lots of back and forth emails when used for scheduling meetings.

Easy usage is my favorite part of this software. Result representations and customization options are good.

Sometimes tedious, to enter the same dates/times over and over again. Calendar view can be confusing.

It's a really great tool and would recommend for team coordination. My only hesitation is really the price tag.

We have had a few issues with people losing the link and being unable to participate, but it is simple to get them another one.

The downside was multiple users would be checking off on a same spot and there was no way for them to know.
