What I like best about this software is that all tracking numbers are recorded so you can listen and replay for educational/training purposes.

It was easy to install and integrate with my other services. The call tracking is easy to use and adding new numbers is a breeze.

Additionally it difficult to use for foreign numbers.

The software can be a little glitchy and difficult to setup at times.

We first started using their platform because just needed to track the number of incoming calls for our marketing campaigns. It was good value for that function and works great.

They also follow-up to ensure everything is still going well with the issue/update. CTM works great for our clients, and its great to know the Customer Service is there to support us when we need it.

JustCall is an application which looks very similar to whatsapp but isnt as good as it. But what I like is that if you don't use whatsapp this is also pretty good.

It offers more than its competitors and the price you pay is quite fair. Additionally, their tech support & customer service team members are all very responsive and helpful.

Sometimes the software drops calls or has very bad reception.

This allows us to quickly switch from one platform to another. It also integrates pretty will with our CRM which means we can see call and texting information along with other client history.

Having to split the text messages so the client can receive the entire message (limited Characters).

The only option was to use a number that was sold through JustCall. We have our phone number printed on product manuals and packaging, so there is no way we could have gotten a new number.
