  • Pros

  • Cost-effective, user-friendly, very rare outage & quality of calls is really good.
  • Cisco Jabber is a great tool for unified messaging. It has been a great tool for people to have on their phones and work remotely.
  • Cons

  • No one ever is on Jabber anymore at my company, and I can't blame them as it's ugly and reminds me of AIM and MSN Messenger days.
  • The design is very dull. The fuctionalities are just limited to chat and voice call, no vodeo call.

  • I LOVED the dashboard, the layout is amazing and so easy to navigate.
  • I also love how easy it is to talk with someone if I need assistance with anything. Liine also integrates with our CRM (which I also use on a daily basis).
  • Cons

  • I had a hard time with not understanding the 'Decided' vs 'Undecided' calls at times. It would get confusing at times because we would think it should be one way and it was documented another way.
  • We have a few dozen locations with local tracking numbers. Taking the individual numbers and implementing them was a drag.
