Great customer support team, very helpful and reliable. Infact, i like it because it is easy and fast to install and set up.

The Desktop call quality is great but the interface still have rooms for improvement.

Cisco Jabber is a great tool for unified messaging. It has been a great tool for people to have on their phones and work remotely.

No one ever is on Jabber anymore at my company, and I can't blame them as it's ugly and reminds me of AIM and MSN Messenger days.

Definitely a great product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a system like this one.

It loads quickly and integrates seamless with Cisco Webex while setting up or attending meetings. Being able to take and make work calls through the cell phone using the app is extremely useful.

The design is very dull. The fuctionalities are just limited to chat and voice call, no vodeo call.

As someone who often works out and about in the community this software is incredibly convenient and helpful.

The best thing is that it is integrated with the phone so it is best suitable and widely available on the go. It providesus a medium to collaborative with our colleagues.

The application is great and offers you almost all the basic features required in an IM application. Screen Share feature and the ability to pass the control to someone else.

Its pretty nice software to have group chat and discussions which is good for Team collaboration. Individual Call and screen sharing facility is pretty good.

The calls are really clear, the voicemail allowance is generous, and they contact you when it fills up, which is a pretty pleasant function. Excellent customer support that is dependable and friendly.

Overall Cisco Jabber helps me to connect and communicate effectively with my colleagues. I can easily complete complicated tasks with the help of my colleagues using this wonderful software.

The interface is quite straightforward and the biggest advantage is the seamless integration with cisco webex which is a big help in staying on top of those constant video calls.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.
