Clickmeeting's interface has always been an advantage of the service.

Customer support was not helpful at all and unfortunately made us look very unprofessional. Wouldn't risk using clickmeeting while hosting webinars with higher attendance.

They have  a zero refund policy for any reason. It is terrible and not a customer friendly company.

Our second presenter wasn't able to be seen or heard and the participant's experience was glitchy - every 40 secs it would stall for 2 or 3 secs. We ended up losing most of the audience.

EVERYTHING else was horrid. I lost 75% of my attendees due to the terrible functionality and un-user friendly platform.

We didn't have any technical problems during our webinars. We are most impressed by the Customer Support department that helps quickly and solves potential minor technical problems.

Recently I read that Zoom had a security vulnerability, I'm worried about that and about the info hackers could get from my computer.

The ability to integrate external video devices is great for connecting broadcast equipment and have better quality meetings.

If your wifi connect is bad it can cut in and out. Whenever someone enters the meeting a sound plays that can be very annoying when your trying to listen to a presentation and someone joins late.

I honestly am not sure if it is one of the users in the meeting or if it internet related or what. However, the sound sometimes echos really bad and then the delay can be frustrating.
