My experience with CloudMeet is excellent, I use it every day for business meetings, chats and broadcasting the messages. CloudMeet is better and will continue to keep my organization functional for our all online meetings in the new ear of digital transformation.

I had great experience with CloudMeet since I started using it. It is easy to deploy and use. The mobile application makes it all the more attractive. One can do Audio call, Video call, Instant chat, Group chat from anywhere using their phone. Another beauty of the CloudMeet is that the same is self hosted so no concern about privacy and data leak of my organization as data is most important part for me while doing the online meetings.

To be honest I have not found any issue in application except that the free version is not available for the same like others.

It’s been very fruitful experience in using CloudMeet during pandemic. CloudMeet helps our team to stay connected and share information regularly via chat and conduct video conferencing with clients.

CloudMeet runs smoothly in browser for both chat and meetings without causing system to slow down, unlike Skype and Teams which consume lots of system resources. Mobile apps are also very user friendly and big plus.

CloudMeet doesn’t have a native Windows app yet, but vendor informed that it’s in roadmap. It would be ideal to have a native Windows app too.

CloudMeet really help me in connecting with my team for our video meetings. It can schedule the session a month forward and will sent alert or notification a day before the schedule. The video quality is really good and i can have a High Quality video with this software.

I have no problem connecting and using it with my team, but quite hard to use it with user outside of my team as the software are not that popular and not many are using it. New user will need to register and installing the software for them to join the meeting session.

Very easy to schedule meetings, very safe and sharing screen and files are very easy.

Its hosted on our servers and secure. The data is not shared publicly and we have control over where to host and use it. Work just like on-premise application.

The application seems to have some compatibility issues with Linux.
