Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.

  • Cloudtalk is super easy to use and does the job that far more complex systems do, but much better. Very Intuitive. The support team is really friendly and very responsive.

  • Cons

  • small outages, but not often, it was probably caused by the Internet

  • We started to use CloudTalk more than 2 years ago, back then it was quite basic product with lots of features missing. But they managed to grow and add a lot of stuff and fix most of the issues.

  • Pros

  • Very user friendly. It was easy to learn and quickly set up events. The dashboard is great for overview of each event for a quick glance.

  • I love that i can customize my response as much, or as little and very quick to answer all my leads in a timely

  • Cons

  • The credit module can be a little difficult to use but they are constantly updating their system and making it better

  • I wish CrowdCompass was a bit more customizable, but overall its still a fantastic product.
