  • Pros

  • We have been working with CloudTalk for 3 years and have always been satisfied with their services. Good calls, good support.
  • Flexibility and powerful features. Their customer care team is very helpful and responds quickly.
  • Cons

  • There is no single thing I would dislike about CloudTalk.
  • Purchasing and onboarding are the worst. Once we purchased a plan, there was no way to upgrade without contacting support.

  • I like the ease of use with just a phone number. I also really enjoy the music/talking when you are the first person to join.
  • I enjoy the quick ability to login and start a conference. We have a lot of on the fly demonstration of our product to manage, and it allows us to pivot and help people instantly.
  • Cons

  • Most, if not all of my clients complain that there is a SIGNIFICANT lag on their side when viewing a presenters screen.
  • Whether or not that's the fault of our connection or Uberconference's is unclear, but I almost never have this problem when utilizing Zoom or Webex.
