  • Pros

  • Great first interaction with my CloudTalk rep and still get great support when needed. Very pleased to be using it.
  • The customer service is very good and responds quickly and solution-oriented. I was very happy how fast and easy the solved my requests.
  • Super simple to set up and is cross platform so it work just about everywhere. Perfect for a growing ecommerce business like ours since there's room in the product features to scale with our needs.
  • Cons

  • The worst experience ever. First of the app for phone doesn't do sms and the desktop version is horrible It takes over 48 hours or more to get a response from anyone.
  • Purchasing and onboarding are the worst. Once we purchased a plan, there was no way to upgrade without contacting support.
  • The communication WAS the worst I have even experience. You might not hear from them for 2 or 3 days and I know that they read my emails because of tracking.

  • Quality of the call is good and helps to serve the clients efficiently and with Clarity.
  • All in all, we enjoyed the service, the customer service and the team assistance on us has been superb.
  • Easy to self monitor and self improve - great to listen back to sales calls and identify key areas for improvement - easy to check sales strategy etc.
  • Cons

  • How it lags under heavy load and the hotlines (7 Digits) in Kuwait does not connect.
  • The sound of the phone ringing is annoying to the ear.
  • Sometimes the call logs get missing. If someone transfers the call then only this happens.
