This software is great because I can submit proposals and save information that I repeatedly enter for multiple proposals.

The ability to use different search criteria and the number of destination represented is outstanding.

It's a great tool with so many features and it's easy to use. I would recommend to anyone in the events planning industry.

The only downside I see currently is the cost. It is a little more expensive than as a team we would prefer, but you get what you pay for.

Ability to seamlessly integrate with on site solutions. Cvent has also helped us be able to pivot from in-person events to virtual events with ease.

Ease of use on smartphone, ability to refund attendees with a simple click. Reports and tracking post event were useful.

Overall, Cvent is great to work with we have wonderful account staff that is willing to work with us and support our processes.

I use this software from the supplier side and is efficient, effective and provides me with what I need to be successful.

I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.

This makes things seamless, integrates well w other capabilities and I think is user friendly once you are comfortable w the platform.

The reporting features hard to access and understand. There were no templates to create our emails with.

There are only two things that I dislike about Grasshopper. The plan pricing is the first on my list.

I would call in and either be put on hold, or be told it was a Ruby problem. And of course the Ruby people said it was a Grasshopper issue.

I'm very happy that I found this app. If you stick with it, you'll learn so much and on your own time too.

TERRIBLE customer service. The online settings interface is horribly non-intuitive.

So, if they don't apply to you, you are lost for a while unless you call and wait on hold.

If you business grows, you will soon find it too limiting. What disappoints me the most is, Grasshopper doesn't have a way to export or backup your text messages.

It's competitively priced and easy to use. As for functionality, it connects with whatever other phone line you have through forwarding and it also sends an email with a voice message recording.

For the cost it can't be beat, it performs just as well as much more expensive VoIP products with the same amount of simplicity and reliability.

The idea of being able to take the calls from your phone using this app, without giving your actual phone number, and the possibility to integrate with other softwares is great.

This system has for sure help our business grow. We are very satisfied with Grasshopper and look forward keep on taking advantage of this reliable and affordable Virtual Phone System.

I then spend hours trying to figure out the billing and on being on hold with customer service reps to sort out the problem. The billing was a complete mess and I never got an explanation for it.

It was very easy to begin using, not a ton of set up required, very easy to reach technical support when issues arose.

Its amazing features make our job so much easier; receiving telephone calls from our international clients right from our computer at no cost to them but yet very affordable for us.

Some of my favorite features are visual voicemail, conference calling, Wi-Fi calling, virtual fax, and business texting.

Even better is I can access the business line from all of my devices. And even better than that is my business partner can also access the same business line from their mobile devices as well.

What we like about this phone app are. Affordability - for a startup LLC, this phone app is competitively priced.

I like that they offer toll free vanity numbers. I can receive faxes on the same number which is great and there are 3 extensions.
