  • Pros

  • Very happy and impressed with my Dialpad number as a front-line, first-contact experience of my company. I trust the flow of inquiries, business opportunities, and overall impression to Dialpad.
  • I also am very impressed with their quality and their customer support. I was having an issue with call quality, and I couldn't tell if it was my bluetooth headphones or my wifi.
  • The benefits are amazing - each phone call is automatically transcribed which is pretty good.
  • Cons

  • The slight delay when you press call to when it actually connects is somewhat annoying. I don't know if that's common for all VOIP systems but it's a longer delay than when I call with a call.
  • Occasionally, I'll miss a call without a notification, and sometimes have slow response when making outbound calls.
  • The only thing I don't like about dialpad is that it is very difficult to transcript the voice messages that the customers left if the voice mail (to say something wrong).

  • Very pleased with the service and have had amazing customer service and assistance with every part of the implementation.
  • Phone Burner Inc. is Fabulous. It is well thought out, user friendly, easy to manage all of my users, generates valuable reports each day, awesome customer service, and more.
  • But easily the biggest clincher for their superior performance is the PhoneBurner organization itself. Jeff Osness was an extremely responsive and accountable stakeholder in our success.
  • Cons

  • You pay for problems NOT happening. You pay for not having to fix issues.
  • The only issue I have is I always get a no contacts selected error. All I have to do is log back in to sales-force and continue from there.
  • I accidentally deleted a long list of contacts. Unfortunately, there was no warning pop up.
