DLS Hosted PBX is a voice over IP solution for small and midsize businesses in industries such as health care, media and entertainment, manufacturing, retail and transportation. Cloud-based and on-premise deployments are available. Phones are available for purchase if necessary.

DLS Hosted PBX provides phone functionality such as caller ID and call blocking, voicemail, return calls and call waiting. Other features include voicemail delivered to email, remote voicemail access, personal and global directories with click-to-dial functionality, video phone support, Outlook integrations and softphone compatibility.

Users also have access to automated phone trees and can configure customized greetings. Calls can be prioritized or routed to individuals based on skillset. Tools for managers include web-interface management, phone usage reports, the ability to set user interface permissions and call monitoring.

Support is provided over the phone and through a web portal. Pricing is per user per month.

I would recommend this VOIP as it was simple to implement for our needs. Cloud-based integration is standard. The team decided that it was good for most of our needs.
