Pros
- I would think they could be making money with user fees off of this fantastic idea/platform, but no - it's free. It's quite simple and intuitive.
- People however are another story...Doodle allows you to select times that will work for you and then everyone else gets to vote on what times will work for them - may the best time win.
Cons
- A problem that I encountered is that everyone has a different calendar system and some do not use them at all. So, this could be a problem for reminding people when the meetings are.
- There is very little that I don't like about this software. I might be able to come up with a small dislike if I think about it really hard, but really can't.
Pros
- I like the ease of use with just a phone number. I also really enjoy the music/talking when you are the first person to join.
- I enjoy the quick ability to login and start a conference. We have a lot of on the fly demonstration of our product to manage, and it allows us to pivot and help people instantly.
Cons
- Most, if not all of my clients complain that there is a SIGNIFICANT lag on their side when viewing a presenters screen.
- Whether or not that's the fault of our connection or Uberconference's is unclear, but I almost never have this problem when utilizing Zoom or Webex.
