Excelent product and overall incredibly quality of team support and service

PROSUser experience, ease of use, team support and acompaniment throug its set up and implementation. Team support for users to set up their stands and take advantage over the different platform features.
CONSI have no elements to be consider as weakness. We used a small part of all the platform features and possibilities during our event.

Equipo muy preparado y dispuesto, con gran capacidad resolutiva, buena actitud y buenas propuestas.
PROSEs una plataforma muy intuitiva, que permite ser configurada y adaptada a lo que se requiera. Cuentan con personal capacitado y muy dispuesto a ayudar cuando se requiera.
CONSSería bueno que en el home se pudiera evidenciar mensajes con las actividades que se encuentran en vivo, para que las personas que tengan dificultad navegando la plataforma, encuentren de manera ágil las conferencias.

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa, son un equipo innovador, creativos, responsables y proactivos. Siempre están los materiales con tiempo y como los esperábamos. Son muy cumplidos y eso ha permitido que se genere una relación de largo plazo, porque existe lo más importante del trabajo con proveedores y es la confianza. Nos gusta mucho que no tercerizan sus productos, por lo tanto cuentan con la capacidad de responder a las solicitudes de forma ágil.
PROSEl producto es muy amigable y fácil de usar tanto para los administradores como para los usuarios finales, entrega la información adecuada, es rápido , innovador y creativo.
CONSPodría mejorar la funcionalidad de los stands y la red de contactos, que hasta el momento ha sido excelente pero nos gustaría poder generar más interacciones en estos espacios.

PROSQue es amigable y rápido y fácil de administrar.
CONSLe faltan mas herramientas para publicar más opciones publicitarias, y no me gusto la imagen oscura que sale al inicio que dice que debo girar mi celular para ver la pagina web.

Thanks a lot David for your review. We are working on marketing tools to promote the events from our platform so we hope to have that update soon. We will let you know when we have it. The dark image you are saying on mobile phone (users that connect with an mobile device) we have it so their experience could be much better. As we analyzed different events, we concluded that it did not have problems with the users (saying that image was not problem for them to interact with the platform). We will see a possible solution and let you know when we have it. Thanks again for your review.
