  • Pros

  • It's easy to setup holidays and employees schedules to make it easy to set a schedule for your customers. It has a clean graphic interface and it's not confusing for basic users.
  • Setup is easy and works with little effort. Support is absolutely fantastic.
  • Cons

  • The more options available sometimes it could confuse the user on which to select or follow.
  • There isn't a customer support phone number. No chat system for support either.

  • The software is quite affordable and using it is pretty easyI like that it comes with tons of collaboration features and makes remote support easy.
  • More to just being easy to use, Join. Me does outstandingly in offering strong security to ensure that the confidential conversations and documents shared during meetings are kept safe.

  • Join.me virtual meetings accommodates a limited number of attendees soo Incase you want a scaled events for lots of people I would advice you try Goto Webinar.
  • I have not yet discovered any troublesome issue apart from how it limit participants on a single conference compared to GTM.
