With new Studio locations on the horizon, we know MegaPath will be there to help every step of the way.
PROSWho are we? Design Within Reach exists to make authentic modern design accessible. What makes us happy? It is highly important for our stores to stay connected in order to serve our large customer base. You gotta feel my pain With our old internet service providers we felt we were not getting the attention our business requires and had limited service options to meet our vast range of needs. Why you should give MegaPath a call We looked at several vendors and found that MegaPath was the best option because: Continuous open line of communication and the willingness to help of MegaPath Sales and Service Reps. 100% US Based Tech Support when I need it which is rare. Wide range of service options to meet the different needs of our multiple business locations.

Ok VoIP. Need improvement
Great for big company. Multi features, but it requires cost for the features. It make sense. More features than the competitor. Quietly stable. Can bet other competitor price.
CONSCustomer service is bad. Features is complex... Way complex. The website is interface is a nut, so complicated. It requires months to get used to it. Less phones compatibility. They always pushing to buy the phone from them which over price. Long contract.

Great VOIP solution
The migration project from POTS lines to VOIP was seamless. The software becomes easy to use after a week or two of an acclimation period.
CONSThe software isn't entirely user-friendly but becomes easier to navigate after usage. Also, 2 separate portals are required to configure call flows and configure the seats.
Vendor Response
Thank you for your review and congratulations on making the switch from POTS to VoIP! Yes, two portals are to be expected. One for the end-user voice settings and one for Administrators. If your team needs any more training, it's free and available by scheduling online through our website Support page.
