I love the software, I love what you have done with it since we first started. Overall I am pleased with the service.

The tool is pretty cool and has several great features...web integration is easy, the mobile app is a plus, getting the voicemail delivered to your email is really cool too.

We are now collaborating across Departments and the company. We have achieved much greater levels of communication across the business.

I like the function to share your screen when having a meeting, I use it all the time when talking with colleagues across other offices.

Fuze integrates well across different devices. Meetings are easy to setup via the app or Outlook.

We have also solved a major problem with on premise PBX systems that were failing.

The hardware for Fuze (formerly thinkingphones), is fantastic. The use of side cars for more lines for users to navigate to, as well as displaying if someone is on a call, is great.

We needed to move to a system that offered features, scale, good price and support and where we would have business continuity. It offers flexible working and a more agile and mobile workforce.

I think currently I love how easy it is to take a call from anywhere.

I make calls most days all days and its a seamless integration and platform to call/conference and gain insight.

The back end is incredibly confusing (ThinkingPhones or Fuze? They merged and didn't do it well), and their customer support is by far the worst I've experienced.

ATA devices notoriously have a lot of problems and outages compared to phones.

Call quality can be hit and miss. App does have glitches at times on outlook, updates can crash the application where it needs to be uninstalled/cleaned before it is installed again.

The IM system within Fuze has always been great. Even in a prepandemic world it was great for ease of use around the office and easily staying in touch with other team members.

In the pandemic Telehealth landscape, its ease of use and great interface has really stuck out and shined.

Great to use, I like the fact that the Fuze extension recognizes phone numbers and I can just click them to call.

Not a very good experience. They need to figure out how to prevent outages and lagging.

Service would be down or slow frequently. When you're about to go live with 90+ people waiting for your webinar, this is a problem.

I love the scaleability and flexibility. The collaboration we are able to achieve across the company now is amazing.

An overall very good tool that I still use daily and enjoy better than a regular phone for having many calls daily. Definitely worth trying if you are considering different phone options.

Ease of use and deployment. Messaging between people is also very nice and efficient.

Conferencing capabilities of Fuze are quite good. The software is so simple to use because of its intuitive interface.

Seamless integration of the Fuze app and Fuze (Thinking) Polycom IP phone. The audio quality over the IP phone is excellent.

The user ability is really great. The software developers have clearly spent a great amount of time taking users into account.

Low cost which is great for a small business with multiple remote workers. Ability to lock the meeting is very useful.

There were glitches and sometimes technical issues in prior versions of this software that were annoying.

I love the tool when it's working. It provides all of the meeting features, resolves bandwidth concerns and builds an ability to build community for those who are not behind any significant firewalls.

Overall I am happy with the ease of use of this product. GoToMeeting offers a very user friendly experience for an affordable price.

Excellent connectivity and reliability. Customer support is the best.

The integration was seamless. If anything, when bandwidth is low it does not work as well.

From the first time I called, they refused to consider that the problem could be with them and insisted it was with PayPal.

GoToMeeting is a powerful and a complete software that makes communication easier and effective. It has a a very nice video and audio quality.

We sometimes have difficulties with establishing the connection from our client side. If your time is limited and it takes 10 minutes to get everyone connected you have lost valuable time.

Sometimes in the group call when using the group chat it is very annoying to open chat box over and over again as after sometime it collapse automatically.

Nice interface, nice sharing features. I like that we can zoom in and out on the document share feature.

And guess what they support voice command as well so for me is thumbs up. 3rd party integrated platforms such as 360, salesforce, and more.

The thing I liked most about the GoToMeeting software is that it's easy to access from anywhere, whether it's your phone or laptop. And that it's super user friendly as well.

Its User interface and its user experience is just outstanding. The quality and the facilities have made it much more useful than any other application used for video conferencing.

Very Easy to navigate and works in a browser without having to have invited parties download the application.

Horrible... run, just run, customer service is horrible. I talked to 2 managers who were supposed to fix this issue but never did.

Gotomeeting paid version has a lot of features and performs pretty flawlessly. I love the integration tools with Outlook and Chrome that makes setting up a meeting easy.

The software seems to be very stable and popular, and has good screen sharing capabilities as well as recording.

I feel this is a little more user friendly than Zoom as well.

It has all the basic functionality of virtual meetings, like video and audio, as well as chat. Screen-sharing worked well.

Its fine to use on a day to day basis if you're not needing much done. Otherwise, there are better tools with a similar price point available.

A great software that is secure and easy to use. Helps me schedule meetings, and join webinars that have a large audience.
