  • Pros

  • I like the customization features allowed for the software. Moreover, the quality is pretty good.
  • Easy to use, good customer service, great way to gain more clients, good functionality and highly recommended.
  • Cons

  • Functionality to delete a message sent by mistake is not available.
  • There are issues with audio receiving etc. It is also oversimplified so it is also boring compared to it’s competitors such as messenger, imessage etc.

  • Ability to have a unified communication platform across PC and Mobile.
  • Removal of dependency on local carriers and PBXs. After implementation, better uptime and less support time required.
  • Cons

  • They did an upgrade a few months ago... it seems to make it worse. The functionality remained... but it doesn't have a very intuitive interface.
  • At times difficult to find what you are looking for.
