Overall, I have enjoyed google voice and continue to benefit from its service. It handles my small business needs for a great price and is easily integrated with my collaborating softwares.

The costs for calling international numbers is also reasonable, particularly useful for us when contacting applicants currently abroad.

But still I think it has some limited functionalities. I have faced problems when taking international calls.

It offers free text messaging and HD sound quality as well. No need any deep knowledge to use it because it has a user friendly interface.

We don't offer phone service with our customer support department, but Google voice allows people to leave us voicemails that we can use to reply to customers via email, which is super helpful.

It was pretty simple to use. It had a sleek design via the website.

Lack of customer service is an issue. I don't know of anyone who has used it- or even if it is a thing.

It is easy to use and it is free. You can set up a voicemail and have a regular phone number with no ads.

Following is what i like about Google Voice. With one number i can integrate all my other communication.

This is a great alternate to having a regular landline or cell phone line. I love being able to use this and give out this number rather than my personal cell phone all the time.

The integration with all other Google Workspace products makes this even better as there is less setup/configuration required when rolling out these products.

The voicemail transcription option is wonderful, and I love being able to send text messages from the Google Voice number.

Google Voice is a great application that helps people to use their devices through voice. This application is easy to ise and is very handy.

Google voice is a great software when you need two phone numbers but only want to carry one phone.

I am grateful there is a free option. Also there is the ability to port your number but you have to pay $20 so I didn't do that.

It sometimes glitches, may be due to bad wifi configuration with device.

Oh - and calls are free in the US. If you want to call outside the US you have to add money to the account first.

Spammers continue to bug all the time and there is no easy way to get rid of the spamming. Also the International calls are billed from the ringing time itself.

Nice and easy interface that allows VOIP calls and text messaging which makes it ideal for any business owner.

I love that I was able to have another phone number other than my personal number that still connects to my cell phone. Super helpful tool for a sole business owner.

It's very bothersome and distracts from my job. But you can tell which ones are spam calls by the (662) prefix so it's just a easy deny call option then go to app and Mark it as spam.

They make up their prices by misleading you and expect nobody will check them up.

I like that collaboration is made easy thanks to screen sharing as well as file sharing capabilities. It makes online meetings and remote support easy.

During meetings, there is an option of chatting with other audiences and also sharing files. The screen sharing feature works best and it makes it easy to follow up on what the presenter is sharing.

I have not yet discovered any troublesome issue apart from how it limit participants on a single conference compared to GTM.
