  • Pros

  • We are very happy with our change over to Jive. The on-boarding support team was very good too.
  • The Jive team's customer service is fantastic - their people are not only willing to help, but they do so patiently and then ask how ELSE they can help. Their app integration works well.
  • Greatest value for the software and all it's features (more than I need/use). I feel confident that it's been very reliable and know if I have any issues...customer service is very prompt and helpful.
  • Cons

  • There have been issues with the phone app with lags and inefficient call-diversion (while on the move).
  • We had a very poor experience, and we don't be considering it in the future.
  • If you dial a lot of international numbers, there are a few countries that are banned and you have to ask for special circumstances to release those countries.

  • Quality of the call is good and helps to serve the clients efficiently and with Clarity.
  • All in all, we enjoyed the service, the customer service and the team assistance on us has been superb.
  • Easy to self monitor and self improve - great to listen back to sales calls and identify key areas for improvement - easy to check sales strategy etc.
  • Cons

  • How it lags under heavy load and the hotlines (7 Digits) in Kuwait does not connect.
  • The sound of the phone ringing is annoying to the ear.
  • Sometimes the call logs get missing. If someone transfers the call then only this happens.
