Line2 is a cloud-based phone system suitable for small businesses. Line2 bundles hosted PBX applications with a SIP trunking service and also offers multiple phone lines, mobile device compatibility and support for text messages.
Users can connect existing mobile phones, tablets and desktop devices to the service and purchase additional phone lines as needed. Existing numbers can be utilized with Line2, or users may create new US, Canadian, toll-free or vanity numbers.
Line2 offers a number of standard PBX features, including a dial-by-name directory, an auto attendant, call forwarding, after-hours call handling and call blocking. Line2 offers group conferences can support up to 20 participants, and customized call screening is also available.
Pricing is per month. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

Needs a little work, when you send bulk messages out it freezes your PC.
Stability of the software has been fairly good, some times it needs to be re-installed, and for the most part it's okay after.
You can't copy from the software, you can copy the text, and not the number you have sent the message to.
It's ok but could be better
I like to be able to use a cloud-based texting app so that my employees are always connected no matter who's managing the shift.
It takes soooo slow to load sometimes. It used to have issues with group texting but they have fixed most of the bugs by now.
