Voice Complete is a cloud-based business voice over internet protocol (VOIP) solution that provides session initiation protocol (SIP) and integrated service digital network (ISDN) services to different industry verticals such as government, healthcare, media and entertainment.

Key features include pooled concurrent call paths, self-service customer portal, emergency service options, protocols and signaling.
