Masergy is a provider of cloud-based unified communications as a service (UCaaS). Some of the solution's features include conferencing, instant messaging and video calling. It can be integrated with businesses' existing on-premise IP PBX pieces of equipment.

Masergy offers SIP trunking to businesses which help them to connect calls to the traditional phone network. Masergy Intelligent Connectivity provides managed connections to cloud services that are protected by service-level agreements (SLAs) via Masergy’s network of cloud partners.

Masergy UCaaS integrates with various customer relationship management (CRM) systems and can be customized to add communication functionality, such as ad-hoc video conferencing to organizations’ custom business processes.

Additionally, Masergy UCaaS features standard PBX features, such as call forwarding and a Web portal for personalizing user settings. Its built-in communicator is an end-user client that enables employees to use a single persona with unified presence information across multiple devices.
