Quality, Reliable Phone Service

Great quality: We have been using Fastmetrics telephones for more then 5 years over broadband.

PROS

Great quality: Fastmetrics has knowledgeable customer service via phone or email, a shout out to [sensitive content hidden]. They are always ready to help. The calls are always of good sound quality and the the system is trouble free. There is an online portal to check voice mail messages, handle calls from a built in softphone using the browser and configure other phone behaviors, such as call forwarding, simultaneous calls and more.

CONS

I can't think of anything I don't like with Fastmetrics. I can't think of anything I would change.

Reasons for switching to metricVOICE
