It handled email, scheduling working together on documents and looking at bids enough that I never felt like I needed something else.. Excel and SharePoint were important for looking at and making sure the bids and estimates from all four areas were correct. Teams helped me talk with project managers on jobs without always having to leave messages. OneDrive and SharePoint made it easy to pass papers from office staff to field techs. #### Cons The settings for permissions and sharing on SharePoint sites became hard to manage once there were multiple teams. Like AV, security, cabling and admin. Who needed different levels of access to the same folders for each job. It took a lot of work to keep things in order. Sometimes OneDrive had sync problems that made version issues happen on shared estimate spreadsheets. That was annoying when many people were working on bid documents at the time. Both would have their advantage and disadvantage, but for the better experience I use Desktop - MS 365 includes Outlook. In my opinion Outlook is the best email application on the market, I can't think of anything else that could compete even closely. - Word is a perfect word processing app, Excel is one of the most powerful office applications on the market. Creating and managing documents without these apps is impossible today. Same as Outlook, these apps are standard office apps on the market and anyone can compete even closely. - All the applications allow you to collaborate and share files with other users. You can work with someone on the same Excel spreadsheet or Word file, the other user just needs to have a license for MS 365 apps on their device if they want to do it in desktop version. - File conversion is easy. If you have a doc file it's easy to convert it to a different format. #### Cons - Microsoft 365 is quite pricey if you need desktop versions of apps - As always, Microsoft support is a hit-or-miss, so if something is not working correctly - good luck - Microsoft is a bit shady about MS 365 right now trying to include Copilot for a higher price. The platform is used to manage our day to day activities from attendance to parent contact. Teachers can easily access lesson plans from home using OneDrive. Teams came into existence during the time of remote learning as teachers can share worksheets, videos, etc. with students. The admin center makes it easy for me to administer new hires. Time is saved in the creation of newsletters with Integration between Word and PowerPoint. #### Cons With all of the student project videos, storage is really a problem. There are instances when email attachments do not get synced well between devices.
