It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

Phone numbers shows as spame. Customer service team are laking the basics of customer service they treat the user as if he is a lair or idiot till he proof he is not.

I had an experience using different dialers but among all of those , I found smartdialer to be so advantage in terms of follow up and thorough communication with the prospects.

I love how user friendly the entire system is. The resource center and support is some of the best I have ever seen and I have been in the Call Center Industry for 6 years and the REI industry for 2.

I like that simplicity of it the most. So very easy to set up and use daily.

Integrates well with out custom built Podio CRM.

Labeling of calls can be misleading when a voicemail is left and it is labeled incoming call verse missed voicemail. The chrome extension sometimes stops working and is hard to get reset.

On text messaging you are not able to text pictures and when you receive them they are very grainy and blurry.

Ease of access the when the calls go through flawlessly purchase.

This is the best feature of smart phone. It also integrates with Podio and Salesforce which is huge.

The interface is straight-forward and user-friendly. I love that we have it ported to our Podio, so we can backtrack to any business communication activity done by any of our employees.

The mobile app needs a lot of work. It doesn't notify me of incoming text messages and I have had a lot of investors in the industry complain about the app.

Not great consistency with pricing and fees. Customer service is great and responds fast.

Most impactful features would be the mobile app and the ability to integrate with all these various CRMs: Podio, LeftMain Salesforce, InvestorFuse.
