"Microsoft Teams effectively combines the instant messaging/chat interface with the video call/meeting platform within the same program, which offers an advantage over the Slack & Zoom combo I've seen in some organizations."

"It produces a very cool audio , with a lot of features like sharing of screen, raising of hands, auto record of meetings etc"

"Features like video conferencing, file sharing, and integration with other tools make it a reliable platform for daily operations. While there are some usability and performance challenges, the benefits outweigh the limitations, making it an effective tool for team coordination."

"Chat sprawl: Conversations could become fragmented across channels, private chats, and meetings, making it harder to track decisions over time."

"It can be resource intensive on video calls and occasionally our headsets will not work when we answer calls and have to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again."
