Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is a simple, easy to use software with robust features to allow good communication via chat, and great live chat. Including blurring the background.
- Teams overall is great and I’d recommend it. The platform for not just calls is good, but the internal communication that it allows for is second to none.
- But after playing around with it, we jumped right into it and have only seen great results. Our team is happy and we are happy with the price we pay to utilize this software.
Cons
- Another annoying function is that anyone can mute everyone, resulting in a confusing mess when more than one person tries to speak. A hierarchical approach to the problem would make sense.
- When you have a bad internet connection, the video and audio are bad compare to zoom with the same internet condition.
- We had this problem of not being able to connect to Microsoft Teams and the lack of a support channel we were unable to solve the problem.
Pros
- I have gained a number of customers, saved money in advertising and its absolutely affordable and accessible. It has also saved me time with the automated chats.
- Video chats were also free before it became widely popular on other forms of social media. It's a fantastic free tool for maintaining relationships.
- Awesome tool for messaging, video calls, and sharing files. Easy to use and very accessible even if you're not super tech-savvy.
Cons
- Lost my old contact no so lost all old contacts, so many irrelevant addition to promotional group once I shared contact with someone.
- This platform have a problem of fake accounts, many have been through a serious problem through this. They may be able to address this with more advanced features and screening process.
- What bothers me is that it can be used for illegal activity because of the design of the app.
