I called again and was unable to reach anyone. I submitted an email ticket to close my account, and they did, but they refused to refund me.

Pissed and cancelled the service since they weren't able to provide me with any balsam for my frustration in the way of a simple credit or something.

Great price for a simple hosted voip solution.

The ability to auto record calls and easily configure menus was very helpful.

Once your number is in their ecosystem, leaving is difficult.

While that isn't much, it really puts my business into a frenzy, and it is difficult to reach a person in tech support.

Then, they kept charging me after I cancelled and there wasn't even a phone number on the account. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is easy to share voicemails, etc with other users.

Poor call quality, poor customer service, missing critical features.

Calls forward to my cell also didn't pick up despite the same confirming that all settings were correct. Recording quality for voicemail messages was terrible.

For the prime price that we were paying the support was terrible not to mention the service. We ended up just using this service through the computer for phone calls.

It’s very intuitive and easy to use. It’s all good for the price.

I liked the control and customization of the call flows and the greetings. It's a must that there is an app (although below I have made improvement suggestions).

The best feature in the game. Everything else that Mightycall has is good, but is pretty standard stuff across virtual phone companies.

But when it doesn't, there is a major disruption to business and the perception of our clients is hurt. Wouldn't really recommend this product unless you have a full time IT Person to manage it.

The sales rep has always been available even after activating the product. I am so happy that I selected Ooma as our phones and fax provider.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.

Love that voice mail is sent in an email and the notification when I have an incoming call.
