MITEL MiVoice digital phone is easy to use. As a front desk agent in a hotel, it is easy to log in and out of a phone as well as transferring calls.
Id like to add that the only con of this product is that you cannot log onto multiple devices at one time

The product is very user friendly. Making calls, chatting, conference calls, everything is very clear and easy to use. Very easy to train users on the software.
Initial configuration takes some planning and depending on all the features you are using takes a little while to setup.
Like the product a lot. We use it at our offices with about 140 employees. The chat feature is great. Making calls and conference calls using the MCA could not be any easier.

I appreciate that the system is reliable and offers the ability to access call records and voicemail online.
I think that it is slightly difficult to use - at first. It takes a while to learn about all of the functions of the system.
