MiVoice includes features such as auto attendants, automatic call distribution, unified messaging, call reporting and employees can group up to eight devices under a single work number. MiVoice also offers hot desking which enables users to log into phones both within and outside of the corporate offices and then route calls to the device they’ve logged into.
MiVoice integrates with both the mobile and desktop versions of the Microsoft Lync client to enable voice capabilities for UC environments based on Lync. Additionally, MiVoice’s UC capabilities can be accessed from within Salesforce browser tabs."
