Mitel MiVoice Business offers a range of unified communications (UC) platforms designed for both small business and large enterprise needs. MiVoice offers virtualization options and supports both cloud-based and on-premise deployment. MiVoice Business includes features such as auto attendants, automatic call distribution, unified messaging, call reporting and employees can group up to eight devices under a single work number. MiVoice Business also offers hot desking which enables users to log into phones both within and outside of the corporate offices and then route calls to the device they’ve logged into.

PROS

I appreciate that the system is reliable and offers the ability to access call records and voicemail online.

CONS

I think that it is slightly difficult to use - at first. It takes a while to learn about all of the functions of the system.

PROS

The product is very user friendly. Making calls, chatting, conference calls, everything is very clear and easy to use. Very easy to train users on the software.

CONS

Initial configuration takes some planning and depending on all the features you are using takes a little while to setup.

PROS

MITEL MiVoice digital phone is easy to use. As a front desk agent in a hotel, it is easy to log in and out of a phone as well as transferring calls.

CONS

Id like to add that the only con of this product is that you cannot log onto multiple devices at one time
