OfficeConnect by UniVoip is a cloud-based phone system that offers features including auto-attendant, call paging, conferencing, email integration, one-touch speed dial and call recording. OfficeConnect also offers a Private Branch eXchange System or (PBX), and has Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). The OfficeConnect account can be monitored in real time with the Online Administration feature and users can take advantage of the Mobile Twinning function by having calls made to their extension ring externally on a phone of their choice, be it the cell phone or another external phone.
