About Ringover Experience
I am very satisfied with ringover in addition to the intuitive console, The application also allows me to call and retrieve all my calls abroad with a simple WIFI connection.
CONSt's hard to say what I didn't like about RINGOVER because I really believe that all is well. Can be the price "not expensive enough"

How is ringover on a daily usage
I like that you can use everywhere, a computer on phone and be assigned different location of numbers. This is very useful when you have clients in some location but you are not physically there.
CONSThat sometimes, even if the app is open, I am not receiving the notification so I lose the calls.
Reasons for switching to Ringover
It was cheapere and skype had no italian numbers

Good VoIP service
It completely replaced our previous VoIP service and we are much better with RingOver.
PROSReally easy to use and setup for a team.
CONSSometimes it breaks and there have been a few shortages in the past few months.

We had a bad experience with Aircall before

Amazing cloud-based technology
My overall experience with Ringover has been very positive. The user interface is easy to use and user friendly. The call quality is very good and the customer support team is always available to answer any questions I have. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable telephony solution.
PROSThe most impactful features of Ringover are its cloud-based technology, which enables customers to set up and configure their phone system easily, as well as its integration with most leading software services like Office 365, Salesforce, and Zendesk. Additionally, Ringover features custom call routing, VoIP, call recordings, and analytics. Yes, Ringover is easy to use and the platform and support team are always available to help guide users through the setup and configuration process. Integrating Ringover with existing business processes is relatively easy as well. The Ringover platform was designed with businesses in mind and is designed to fit seamlessly into the customer’s existing workflow.
CONSI least liked the limited availability of certain features, such as multi-level IVRs, that are not yet supported.
