"The cross platform/device integration means that when I am logged in the client can find me anywhere and on any device PC, Mobile, Fixed Handset and any VOIP connected device."

"The integration with our CRM system improves productivity and quality of client service/information. When in a client record to be able to click and call saves time and the tracking of call activity in a client record and the launching of the client record on an inbound call is very useful."
