It's been a good experience but I wish it could have been better. We are now considering other options which is a shame.

The user client is easy to use and looks great. The system has been rock solid and I love the architecture with resiliency and cheap redundancy built in from the ground up.

Very powerful but a maintenance contract with an authorized dealer is practically required.

One of the best PBX that support all most all the features required.

Loved the reports it generates, lots of informations and is customizeable to get the info that you are needing.

This is a great product if you have some experience with PBX functionality.

I especially love the ability to setup call forwarding automatically. I am by no means a power user, and have only scratched the surface of the utility.

Most of which we don't even use. Customer support and setup crew was friendly and a lot of help.

They offer a full suite of solutions depending on what type of business you are and your exact needs. We have used them for a software/hardware phone solution and have had great success with them.

I hate the fact that it goes through the internet, because if your internet goes out, you lose your phone, or if your phones goes out, you lose your other programs.

I have tried to chat several times and either the agents don't know how to solve the problem or I keep getting kicked off the chat.

I'd say we've had a seamless integration of ShortTel at our firm. I love the added features and how easy they are to use.

I've had complaints from colleagues that have been unable to figure out how to add contacts. When they try to set it up, they end up accidentally calling people.

The mobility app (application on smartphone) is antiquated and constantly dropping. Price is extremely high compared to the poor quality of service received.

Every incoming call blocks the part of the screen.

It does it's job, you can make calls and I do appreciate the integration with Salesforce. Compared to other systems this is one of the few systems that logs incoming calls which is really helpful.

I like the variety of features, the ease of use, and the ShoreTel community, which is incredibly supportive and dedicated.

The pricing was most attractive coupled with the ease of use of the portal and dashboard.

Very expensive and difficult to use if you area 1 person IT department.

Has some good features that business like to have-voicemail to email is great.

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and the click to dial functionality is awesome.

It is easy to use and you can customize the functions based on your needs. And the price is very affordable.

You will also notice Mitel has acquired ShoreTel, but same high quality software and hardware support available.

Overall works very well, is easy to use and is a good business tool.

This is a straightforward softphone solution allowing me to work remotely. It is simple enough to customize to my needs.

Needless to say he is no longer doing sales for shoretel.

Then it randomly started working again with no indication of what the original problem was.

This is a good phone system to use. There is an intercom function that is pretty cool to drop in on coworkers.

They have great service availability and monitoring. The customer support line is superb.

We've been using ShoreTelSky since its inception. They have always focused on providing a quality service and excellent customer service.

I like how you have a GUI interface for dialing, answering, seeing call logs etc. It is much nicer to navigate vs having to do that on the phone itself.

I like the ease of use, quality of service, and outstanding customer support.

However, it is costly since it does not work properly as often as it should. We do not use some of the features due to the inconvenient nature.

They really tried, but they just have a bad software, and have grown too fast that their software is literally breaking because it can't handle their users.

A few years back, Weave functioned well. The integration with Dentrix was a wonderful tool for the staff to have.

It was an easy setup, but the best part is its functionality. Showing our patients and information on the screen when they call is very helpful, but the recording of calls and messages is outstanding.

Software is really easy to use. I love the mobile app - great when office is closed for special events.

Implementation was disorganized and out of order, one onboarder didn't know what the other onboarder had covered.

Basically, all they can say is you screwed, you owe us money, and sorry but you can cancel...after 30 days.

Great experience, great to be able to access all systems from the app and great to have the phones so integrated with our software. Makes patient communication very efficient and more personalized.

Weave has been great to work with. The chat service isn't always to quickest way to get help, but I've always received the help I'm looking for.

Seamless integration of telephone and texting with easy recall and reminders.

Not the service itself, but the communication. They are all very great and helpful but sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you.

If it can block spam calls, as it kind of interrupt our busy time / schedule to answer these annoying calls.

Get Weave was very responsive and great value for the cost. Something has happened with the availability of getting ad agent to answer your call/inquiry/problem.

We have had a great experience with Weave and even without the integration with our EMR I have noticed benefits to our practice. The ease in texting and communicating with patients is very convenient.

It makes communicating with patients super easy. I love being able to text with patients, and they seem to like it as well.

Extremely reliable and gathers information quickly to send reminders. The in-office chat option is extremely helpful in communicating information discreetly.

Sadly, these fixed issues are seemingly only temporary, as some problem occurs at a random time in the future, despite not changing ANYTHING in settings or calling customer support.

We love Weave, it is great for texting, reminders and payments. We also like that there is now faxing available and the new features they are releasing look amazing.

For us, the ability to communicate with our patients via text is priceless. There is not a feature of Weave that we use that we have any issues with.

We have used it at our practice for about 3 months now and love it. Customer service is great and the value for what they provide is outstanding.

We don't use all of the options that Weave offers but the text messaging and review management alone is worth the money. We constantly get compliments from our patients on the texting ability.

The integration of a phone system and business text is great. The fact that it integrates with our practice management software and allows us to send reminders and mass texts to patients is fantastic.

Awesome!!! Customer service is great and responds quickly. I love love love this app.
