Truly caring and there for you in a second. We have had good experiences with all of their tech support workers.

When we had an 800 number, we had to pre-pay blocks of dollars for those calls. It was awkward from an accounting standpoint.

This mostly means I have to keep within specific lines of phones and forced to manually deploy each new phone.

They contacted me directly  when there was an administrative (billing issue), which was appreciated. I also like the flexible services and ability to setup trunk accounts.

The service level has been outstanding, availability being something we take for granted. Their customer service and support are refreshingly effective, which can be rare with traditional telecom.

We have utilized a number of providers and this provider is the most stable, responsive and reliable we have found.

The service integrated into FreePBX/Asterisk with no fuss and has been rock solid. If you are looking for a simple self-service SIP provider SIP.US is an excellent choice.

I do contract work for businesses in London & Auckland and setting up a local DID is super helpful. Since my usage is quite variable I really appreciate the prepaid pay for what you use plans.

Only issue is with web portal, the size format is wrong you have to do a lot of mousing to get to submit buttons  but that's it.

Overall we are very happy with the SIP.us solution. We have contractors all over the world, so having the ability to call people all over.

It was easy to setup the SIP trunks using this system. The support team at SIP.US is outstanding they have guides and will assist you with setting up your gear.

Some providers in these countries seem to detect that our calls are Voip calls and block them. And we have raised this issue with SIP.us, but received no feedback.

Price per channel is my only complaint. It can get pricey during my peak season when i turn up my channel count.

The servers were not kept up to date by provider as I was told they would be, so our software has fallen too far behind the current available branches to update.

I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.

This is best software for communication. It is highly recommend for video calls because the video quality is higher than other softwares.

This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.

Everyone knows how to use it, you can use it on any device because you have specific apps and it works seamlessly. So it's kind of the most popular meeting software which everyone knows how to use it.

The integration with Outlook and Slack is a game-changer. The ease of use for our customers and other folks (like our board members!) helps us look professional and reliable.

It has been very helpful in conducting meetings during the pandemic. The voice and video clarity is great.

They make it super easy to use, the video and audio quality are great, and the chatbox to type in is a great additional feature.

BUT with 2020 and organizing remote events for large audiences, Zoom has been great and a life-saver.

When we switched to online learning at the beginning of the pandemic, I was so thrilled that this software was easy to use.

The ability to seamlessly involve hundreds of participants at the same time  as well as easy UI makes Zoom an amazing alternative to other competitors.

I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.

My favorite thing about this software is the price: FREE. You can't beat that, but not only is the software free the basic functionality that come with the free account are great.

Nothing so much to complain about the tool but sometimes the integration with google calender does not work properly.

The experience was great and good product but the price isn't where it needs to be for small and medium-sized businesses to take advantage.

If you have set it to 9.30am, if somebody has technical problems at their end they will miss it because one cannot change the time from 9.30am to later.

Calls were often hacked and weird things would occur. This was hands down scary, created paranoia, and just an overall bad vibe.

Ease of use (even my elderly mom can use it!), no fee for 40 min option, good quality, well-known & respected; screen share option is nice; polls are nice.

The integration to select browsers has been a life-saver and I'd say the price is more affordable than other software in its category.

Recently I read that Zoom had a security vulnerability, I'm worried about that and about the info hackers could get from my computer.

The ability to integrate external video devices is great for connecting broadcast equipment and have better quality meetings.

If your wifi connect is bad it can cut in and out. Whenever someone enters the meeting a sound plays that can be very annoying when your trying to listen to a presentation and someone joins late.

I honestly am not sure if it is one of the users in the meeting or if it internet related or what. However, the sound sometimes echos really bad and then the delay can be frustrating.
