AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO START
Everything is a learning experience but I find out that the support team is there to help fix the issue
PROSI do not have to go through the A2P process which can take a day and that holds up the projects .
CONSSometimes there is to many questions is asked to get to a live agent .

Numerous Blunders
I am deeply displeased and disappointed in Telnyx. For advertising a product launch in Australia and telling their customers in order to change currency and actually use the Australian features they've got to cancel their account.
PROSWhile the interface is generous in it's design, and there is a clear design framework that the developers follow in order to create a sustainable echo system.
CONSCustomer support outlined that in order to change currency from USD to AUD, one has to cancel their account and start all over again; loosing all their content, money, and telephone numbers. Their support but two have been highly unprofessional in their conduct and I am deeply disturbed that they provide such substandard wholesale facing support compared to the actual interface and it's clearly intelligent developers.

Telnyx has built our core values on world-class support and experience on our platform & I apologize your experience has not met these expectations. I want to confirm and clarify that we support Australia traffic for both existing and new accounts on the Telnyx platform. Regarding billing in AUD, it is unfortunately not a possibility to switch to AUD billing if your account was originally set up in USD billing. We understand this is a gap in our platform and I have raised a feature request with our team to get this on our roadmap. Regarding your experience with our support team, we would never tell one of our valued customers to close their account on the platform as we understand this contains vital historical information and data. In this particular instance, our support team was simply recommending a work-around to ensure we can meet your needs of being billed in AUD even though your original account was set up

New User for an existing client
It seems great to have an alternative to Twilio, we may end up also providing clients an option for both services... only because of the well know use of Twilio and its brand recognition.
PROSWe intend to replace a 3rd party service... hoping to cut to less than half the cost. By creating an in-house solution for the client. Who sends about 1700 Daily announcements to participants, regarding Non-Profit Fundraising Events...
CONSSo far it has taken a couple of week to establish high volume texting.. It seems will work for us at 50 messages per minute. But not at the initial testing of 10 messages per minute..

The perfect mix of customer service, functionality, and price
Support was fast. Product is cheap and works as advertised. The feature set is very large and very configurable.
PROS- Pricing is extremely clear and transparent while staying low and significantly reducing overhead over other solutions. - Support is fast and committed to doing a good job. They answer on weekends and are quick to get matters resolved. No AI assistant sits between you and their humans if you don't want it to. - The control interface gives you lots of configurable options and makes it clear what the system is actually doing with your call routing behind the scenes.
CONSThe only con I could identify when reflecting on the setup process was that to dial internationally you must complete additional verification which isn't the case on competitor's platforms. But the verification process was simple and even when rejected their support was fast to evaluate our business case as legitimate and mark the account as verified. I believe this process also reduces robocallers using Telnyx and SMS spam, so I won't complain much.
