Pros/Cons
Pros
- The flexible pricing options allow me to select the best product for each customer. I have been pleased with the technical support provided.
- I am providing fax serices to several small businesses. The cost savings allow me to make a nice profit and save my customers a lot of money as well.
- I love the API integration docs and what they have in place. My results came out pretty amazing and the team was more than willing to help me through the process.
Cons
- There is very little that I can say that would be considered bad.
- It is a bit difficult to debug errors when I experienced them in Telnyx.
- Only downside is that they don't offer a fax <-> email service.
Pros
- Twilio is a reliable and effective communication solution that helps us improve our customer engagement and communication strategies.
- Fantastic experience with a supportive vendor. I would highly recommend to other organizations.
- There are so many things to love about Twilio from my experience and perspective. I like the quality of its documentations and how intuitive they are.
Cons
- When there is some error with the sms sending (due to integration issues or other), the errors are not very intuitive and may take some time to nail out the issue.
- Getting the logs is a bit difficult. The logs are not retained and it is not possible to ascertain whether they are viewed or being sent to spam box.
- When you first start using them you can get lost in the documentation before understanding how it is setup.
