Best service providers in industry as using it from last 4 years , keep up the good work team real pbx

The pbx is helpful and I'm using it form last 2 years till now everything is working fine same time faced minor technical issue . The bpx team is very helpful & supportive Team .

Awful experience! Worst customer service! never ever use their services chat never available and don't think to call them on their phone number their waiting time is 50-60 min I have screenshots of their waiting time on calls every day there is some or other problem. You need to hire an executive just to talk to THE REAL PBX. one executive name \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is always rude. Never recommend The REAL PBX to anyone.

Cons:

Customer service is pathetic chat is never available their wait time on-call is 50-60 min
