VirtualPBX is a cloud-based phone solution that caters to small and midsize businesses and provides them PBX and business communication features such as auto attendants, voicemail-to-email and more.

VirtualPBX also offers 4G LTE mobile, email-to-fax, hot desking and employee directories to the users. Entrepreneurs and one-person shops features include a toll-free number, customizable greetings and music-on-hold and voicemail.

VirtualPBX offers small businesses custom features such as advanced transfers, business and holiday hours and teleconferencing that helps them to manage their business operations. Medium to large businesses can make use of inbound call recording and direct inward dial (DID) numbers that enable callers to skip greetings and dial the party or department directly.

Enterprise businesses can integrate the solution with Zapier and Webhooks and integrated Salesforce CRM system. VirtualPBX offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

Communication made easy, FINALLY!

Pros

VirtualPBX made it easy for every member on my team to communicate effectively and without time being wasted on setting up calls and making sure each member was present.

Cons

I think the visual layout could have been more visually pleasing, from a creative standpoint, but other than that this is a great app.

Started using a VoiP system a few years ago and we've been very happy with it.

Pros

Probably my favorite thing about Virtual PBX is the ability to place and receive calls from "the office" from just about anywhere. Their "follow me" features are very convenient. I also love they they are saving us a considerable amount of money on a monthly basis compare to the local phone company.

Cons

As always, setting things up can be a bit challenging the first time and it's not the most user friendly UI. However they customer support has always been top notch.
