Our company being made up of multiple home offices, this would eliminate the need for every phone system to call the home server for BLF's and messages... Cons: The only negative point we can think of is that the "learning curve" to set-up a VoIP system for someone that has never done it and is not very knowledgeable of VoIP concepts can be a bit daunting. VoIP.ms has excellent Wiki pages for pretty much every well-known VoIP device out there and I've been able to walk through the set-up many of my employees/friends with no VoIP experience in less than 5 minutes so I would recommend to any neophyte to just read through the Wiki pages.
