Very unhappy 1 This company doesn't know how to do business. They changed their pricing model and wouldn't even grandfather in the existing customers so we could keep our current plan. We also use RingCentral which they have had several pricing changes over the years and not once have they increase my rates. I have been grandfather in to keep my existing plan and that is how your supposed to do business. Matter of fact because ringcental has added several new features over the years these features were also added to my account at no additional charge. I'm sorry but I can't stand by voxox when you have companies out there like ringcentral that actually care about their customers. They were very feature rich at the beginning. Cons: They are not loyal to their clients. Buyer beware your prices will go up with no warning and their response will simply be "This is our new pricing model. Please feel free to look at other company's if you don't like it". I was paying $34 per month for my services and based on their new pricing model it went up to over $100 per month. Again buyer beware. The rate you have today will change in the future and they don't care about you. They only care about the money Reasons for choosing VOXOX They had sms included and multiple virtual assistants included.
