Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.
- I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.
- This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.
Cons
- It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.
- The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.
- This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.
Pros
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
- This is a very easy to use CRM that helps stay on top of all my contacts. Amazing features for a free crm.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
