Pros/Cons
Pros
- There is a fantastic free version of Webex, making it quite affordable. I also like that all you have to do to use it is click the link in an invitation—you don't even have to download anything.
- It was a great experience using Webex app. It is very useful for employees to communicate effectively especially those on a remote set up.
- This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.
Cons
- This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.
- The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.
- It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.
Pros
- We used it specifically for the webinar feature, which was easy to set up and very stable on the webinar itself. A brilliant platform and I would definitely recommend.
- Zoho Meeting is a great tool and it is helping us every day to meet with clients, meet with colleagues around the world. The connection is very stable and reliable.
- It is very quick to learn and the features are very useful. The tool is very intuitive, like many Zoho tools, so far we are very happy with it.
Cons
- Too tight of an integration with other zoho products; have had moments where users accidentally enrolled into other systems by accident.
- Missing Virtual background, Missing Multiple video presenters along with display of their name and time zone in their video.
- It is a pity that there is no possibility to divide people into groups during the meeting, eg breakout rooms in zoom.
