Rencore Governance provides an a glance view of settings and Office 365 usage which is otherwise difficult to accumulate manually.

Rencore Governance is rather exhaustive in the coverage that it provides, at the time of writing it did not include Exchange and other products, however it is on the roadmap.

As a user of the product to manage our own environment, and as a consulting services company, using Rencore Governance has provided the control and visibility needed to enable the control that organizations need while enabling business users to adopt the platform and get the most benefit from the features of Microsoft 365.

The broad and deep view of the Microsoft 365 and Azure services consumption enables management and control while encouraging adoption while providing deep analysis and proactive control of changes to your environments.

Current ability to aggregate reports, like using Power BI, is limited but is not critical as the tool does enable options to gain additional insights with exports.

I use SPCAF utility and i really like the way it processes the exes and it's really quick, i like reporting options as well, also from support point of view i really like the way you take up the challenges your clients face, we had a challenge in comparing SPCAF issues with recently ran, challenge was intimated via customer support and it was introduced as a new feature in recent builds. Good overview about the governance and the capacity of the O365 Tenant

Some views are very slowly if you have a huge amount of data to filter.

Customization options. Coverage of Power Automate Workflows. Very resilient architecture.

Not all features are available yet. This is not something you can dislike to be honest we need to remaind patient.

Intuitive and easy to use. Very easy to integrate into processes, e.g. through Azure Functions or webhooks. The support experience is really first rate.

The ability to trigger Logic Apps / Power Automate flows in response to checks would enhance the platform for us - I believe this is on the roadmap.

Rencore Governance is easy to setup and easy to use tool. After a long search to meet our governance requirements we are finally happy that Rencore fits our needs. We would like to see more features rolled out and automation capabilities improved.

Rencore Governance is easy to use and setup. It has a nice UI that is fully customizable to the needs. Probably the only tool in the market that could offer so much visibility to O365 governance.

Actions based on automations could be more robust than today.

It is easy to use. There is not much explanation required. Thought through design and features. Ideal for medium to large M365 tenants. Furthermore it’s multi-tenant capable.

Many very good features but this might be too much for small (<200 users) M365 tenants. A “basic” or “compact” option could be interesting here.

The tool helps to check the security standards and provide a clear report on entire tenant. Simple and ease to use.
