Cons: Some of the reporting has flaws, example Guest Visits include cancelled and upcoming bookings. Also it doesn't auto identify return customers which means some manual work needed to keep track of this. It’s very easy to navigate even during a busy service. We log every booking and walk in to create a seamless service. Maximising turnover of tables ensuring we never double book. Cons: NA, if anything I’d just like to use it to its full potential, email marketing etc. But that’s user error not the system. The way it operates is very straightforward, easy to set up up and change back end. Cons: Only downside was not being able to set dates for services, was either off or on, would be good to have date settings rather than having to do multiple blockouts. We run our day-to-day restaurant bookings, functions, pre-paid events and large format events off the one platform. We also utilize the voucher capability to manage all of our gift and complimentary vouchers. Cons: The only negative aspect of Nowbookit is my own personal lack of capability. I'm sure the platform has a range of functionality we don't utilize due to not having the knowledge on how to use it efficiently. That said, the help desk is super efficient and knowledgeable.
