It’s very easy to navigate even during a busy service. We log every booking and walk in to create a seamless service. Maximising turnover of tables ensuring we never double book. Cons: NA, if anything I’d just like to use it to its full potential, email marketing etc. But that’s user error not the system. Cons: Some of the reporting has flaws, example Guest Visits include cancelled and upcoming bookings. Also it doesn't auto identify return customers which means some manual work needed to keep track of this. From set up to daily operation this product is great for a busy restaurant, great having egift capabilities as well. The way it operates is very straightforward, easy to set up up and change back end. We have just recently had Sadie implemented as well, which alleviates the hassle of answering the phone during the daytimes when we aren't open. Cons: Don't have any issues. I think it is a powerful tool that makes a positive impact on driving and successfully executing bookings at our venues. The tool is very powerful allowing you to setup up a number of event types and different ways to execute them. Cons: There are some very minor things you cannot do - or have to work around. For example we wanted to do an upsell on only a specific booking time - and exclude it for other booking times for the same event - but this was not really possible.
