It has a nice interface for our website, with flexible design that suits. We are so well supported by the reps in Melbourne and can normally work through any requests for alterations/ enhancements! We use it for gift voucher management well too and it makes it super easy. Cons: It doesn't manage our functions and events as well as it could, and occasionally can be a bit clunky when putting a simple booking in the diary with lots of steps that have to be done in a certain way or other details reset. Reasons for choosing Now Book It Price and ease of use. Other competitors didn't make bookings as easy, or charged for all this extra stuff where NBI does not. Reasons for switching to Now Book It Price wise and functionality similar. Considered a few other companies I cannot recall now, and being a locally run Australian start up was appealling. I think it is a powerful tool that makes a positive impact on driving and successfully executing bookings at our venues. The tool is very powerful allowing you to setup up a number of event types and different ways to execute them. Cons: There are some very minor things you cannot do - or have to work around. For example we wanted to do an upsell on only a specific booking time - and exclude it for other booking times for the same event - but this was not really possible.
