Activity messenger has been a lifesaver. As a private school with a growing through the population, I could be messenger has been a saving grace this fall.

This software is extremely user friendly and very well suited for the administration of our gymnastics club.

They've been very responsive to requests & helpful when we can't get things done. They are also very upfront (in a good way) about what limitations that they have.

They have an awesome vision, fully support the product.

We implemented Activity messenger in the fall of 2020 and the ease of use to customize our branding, and integrate with our registration software was so straightforward.

Some labels/feature names are confusing to understand at first glance.

Not only are the open to suggestions, they are willing to implement and have been so open to feedback on what works and what could be tweaked - just outstanding customer service.

There are 3 useful pricing structure tiers great for several different sized organizations or business. It allows you to integrate with Canva.com and Pixel, both of which can be free.

This system is fast and efficient and user friendly for the customer. The price was a great selling point for the amount of forms we collected a year with out breaking the budget.

The developer works quickly, makes improvements constantly and supports the product closely and effectively.

The biggest problem Activity Messenger has solved for us is electronic waivers.

The technical support is awesome and listen to the organization needs.

Love the personal help accompanied with software. Anytime I have a question I get a fast response.

Our customers love having the reminders with dates, times, meeting locations, special requirements, in their hands at the right time. The product integrates with Amilia and Zoom seamlessly.

The customisation that we can do and the true collaboration with Activity Messenger's team. The integration with our business processes is also great.

At this point, I do not have anything to say about negative aspects of the software.

The team at Activity Messenger has been absolutely outstanding and on top of everything. Using Activity messenger for our online classes as simplied the process so much.

Activity Messenger easily wins on creating lists, building templates and cost. Lists are easy to upload, paste and build with extensive filter capacity as well as dual unsubscribe features.

The integration with Amilia and ability to connect with our specific client lists is wonderful. This has been essential this year with so many changing dynamics due to the pandemic.

There is little to no integration with Amilia's facility rentals.

We only had a PDF version before which was very difficult for families.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] are truly fantastic at responding to requests quickly, and integrating suggestions.

The ease of use is something I really appreciate. I'm not a techie, but the intuitive interface of the platform has allowed me to navigate and configure everything without a problem.

It has moved us from administratively paper based, to virtual, very rapidly and during a time when it was extremely necessary. The fact that it has a direct link to Amelia is fantastic.

Very happy with the decision to add this product. It has helped save time and money on many aspects of my job.

With the ever changing COVID-19 policies and procedures at the moment, Activity Messenger has has been invaluable due to it's ease of use, adaptability and low cost.

Templates are a dream to build. Pricing is based on use and not list size which is a giant saving.

Parents absolutely love how easy it is to use one form for multiple children, and we love how it captures a digital signature.

App is very easy to use and convenient. I feel like it's worth the money too.

It makes it quick and easy on the beach and provides peace of mind that all the waivers are stored in the cloud.

Biggest feature is that this waiver platform integrates into square. Customer facing kiosk is super easy to use and implement.

I really like how we were able to costum make it to fit our needs. I also love how it’s electronic and I can send the link to anyone, anywhere and it can be completed.

I really like the ease of use and the great price point.

We’ve had a few problems when updates were made. We emailed about our concerns.

It is easy and helps my get all my required forms from clients and not have a bunch of papers everywhere to keep track of.

There must have been an update that limits name searchability on existing waivers, because we have been having a hard time finding the right people within the system to renew their waiver.

It does what it's intended to do very well, from the ease of upload of the waiver, to the filing forms and their access by iPad/iPhone, to their ease of downloading the data.

MANY People get confused at the end not understanding when it’s complete.

Customer service is also amazing, they helped me convert our original waiver into an online friendly form. The offline feature is also amazing for when there’s no internet.

Overall, the product and helpful customer service has suited our business needs.

Great software that helps make the club registration process easy on all parents.

Overall it is a great product that helps eliminate paper waivers and keep all your waivers stored for you. I like their pricing model which is based on how many waivers you fill out per month.

WaiverElectronic had a google play store app but it doesn't update correctly on the Fire tablets we use. We have to re-download the app every once in a while to make it work correctly.

I love the ease of using the program and having the app on my iPad to have clients fill out the forms. I also like being able to access it on my phone when I’m not in my Salon.

When building a template, there's just one missing  feature to click back from Preview.

We are satisfied with this service and I like that we can ensure that our clients know and understand our policies.

The section where it asks whether or not you are an adult is a little confusing.

Someone with little to no coding knowledge can set up a really professional looking waiver with ease. The support provided is also really good, with rapid response to my emails.
