The worst part about the Pipe Drive platform is that you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform.

I haven't used it in forever, but last I checked, you had to put code into the header. For Wordpress sites, this can be a little confusing.

A simple code in header allowed it to be deployed across a website. The visual graphic reports were easy to understand.

I use Statcounter mainly for smaller, more niche sites. The way in which you can follow individual visitors around the site is a great way to learn about how people experience the site.

It was really fascinating to me how people were using and accessing my blog, and gave me ideas about how to tailor the content to better fit my audience as well as expand it.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about Statcounter. The only thing I can think of is that disabling the tracking of logged-in administrators would be helpful in the WordPress plugin.
