Lack of a REST API for using as a headless CMS (although I believe this will change with the next major version). No built-in way that I'm aware of to integrate React and/or Vue components.

The worst support I've experienced from any major software provider. Hard to cancel because your site is built on their platform, I guess that's why their support can be so bad.

The thing I dislike most about the service is the customer service, it's close to non-existent.

The web templates are awesome and the possibility to add custom code is awesome. The animations need some training but are really powerful.

Publishing the custom-built templates directly into the website is very helpful. Direct editing on the templates or pages is very helpful for building templates.
