There is a lot that I personally really like about Docket Manager. For me, it has been really helpful to be able to see the different queues where orders are sitting.

Overall the experience with the product and the company has been positive. Customer service and support have been very responsive to my needs and have been easy and enjoyable to work with.

The pricing functions are robust and help develop stable prices across all estimators. The work order process helps keep the workflow moving.

There is a great family behind this product updates and often.

Was able to pick it up quickly due to ease of use and natural flow. Being geared to the printing industry was an obvious benefit.

I like the online stores, I like that Support is minutes away not hours.

I dislike that you cannot duplicate templates from group to group. IE a 5x7, 4/0 could go under invitations or postcards or business forms.

This was especially annoying during the time that I was spending 16 hours a day at the office trying to get the program set up.

Went with DM because of on-line b2b portal integration. Setup took some time which is to be expected when setting up a system such as this, however, the support was fantastic.

Each section of Docket Manager has a straight forward user interface, that places content into locations where you would expect to find it.

Tech support is over above other software we've used.

I cannot speak to this 100%, but I do know that our accounting team has really struggled the most with Docket Manager.

They keep making improvements and updates do not cost anything.

It bothers me that I have to click in boxes that are highlighted. Some boxes you don't have to click into others you do.

The software improves for the community, and there is great communication between the customers and Docket Manager.

It has been a hard transition from Franklin Estimating to Docket Manager. With that said it was my ignorance of the pricing rather than any problem with DM.

Solid to work with all of the team is great to work with.

DocketManager helps us provide accurate pricing and track workflow of jobs through our shop. Allows us to keep an organized and clear view of what is happening whether we are on or off site.

Outsourcing is also a favorite of mine. Seamless integration of workorder, delivery ticket, invoice.

Support has been the strongest part of the picture for me. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I discovered DocketManager while telling a fellow printer how much I hated our new Vision upgrade. He showed me the demo site and I instantly fell in love with the intuitive design and features.

I enjoyed the templates provided and the ease of use. The selection of categories and templates was extensive and varied.

I like the integrated feature to make flyers and produce in .pdf format. It's nice to have a simple to use, built in feature for creating nice flyers to print out and leave at homes.

I liked LucidPress because it is straightforward and relatively easy to use, requiring only a short amount of study time before I was able to design a viable publication.

We enjoyed the flexibility of this software and the ability to share and edit documents with people across our community and across the state.

I feel that even with the premium account, that these options are limited.

They also have very responsive customer service.

Rearranging page order was not easy—need a bigger interface to drag and drop. Not enough fonts, sometimes glitchy.

I love how easy it is to put together flyers and advertisements. I am not a graphics designer and I cannot afford to have a marketing department so this service has been great for our small business.

The product is very easy to use, even for a first timer. The tools are nicely displayed and variety of each tool is amazing... inspires creativity.

Overall, LucidPress is a fantastic publishing program that will have you up and designing magazines, flyers, webpages, etc in no time at all.

Love the product for how we use it to create gorgeous documents. Really do need to look into more of the features and getting more licenses for the rest of the team.

It's easy to learn and much more reasonably priced than other, more popular software.

Lucidpress allowed us to create several books and other projects with ease. The templates are terrific, the cost is perfect and the end result is stunning.

I hated the loading times, random crashing of my documents along with the horrible publishing software when trying to use this online.

The ability to collaborate and integrate into Google Classroom and Google Drive has also been very beneficial.

I highly recommend this for a team who might be down on designers but wants to spiff-up their assets.

Sometimes it was difficult to format the work done on LucidPress on my website. Sizing of images was somewhat complicated.
